智通财经APP讯，有线宽频(01097)发布公告，股东于2026年8月17日举行的股东大会上通过一项特别决议案以批准建议更改公司名称后，香港公司注册处处长已发出日期为2026年8月17日的公司更改名称证明书，核证公司名称由“i-CABLE Communications Limited 有线宽频通讯有限公司”更改为“CTF Media & Entertainment Limited 周大福媒体娱乐有限公司”，自2026年8月17日起生效。
于更改公司名称后，公司于联交所买卖股份的英文股份简称将由“I-CABLE COMM”更改为“CTFME”，而中文股份简称将由“有线宽频”更改为“周大福媒体娱乐”，自2026年8月28日上午九时正起生效。公司于联交所的股份代号“1097”将维持不变。
