8月24日华西证券公告，聘任杨炯洋为副总经理、首席战略官。此前7月21日，华西证券公告称，因年龄原因，杨炯洋不再担任总经理。
资料显示，杨炯洋现年59岁，曾任职于特力集团、深圳国投证券、国信证券，2005年3月加入华西证券，2008年12月任总经理，执掌华西证券近18年。
杨炯洋2016年薪酬最高达593万元，2025年薪酬137万，下降456万，降幅76%。
