8月25日消息，SG Issuer发行的两份牛熊证因强制赎回事件触发，剩余价值均为0港元。证券代号59368牛证相关资产为中芯国际（00981.HK），行使价66.200港元，强制赎回事件发生时间为2026年8月24日13:33:59；证券代号53386牛证相关资产为华虹宏力（688347.SH），行使价106.200港元，强制赎回事件发生时间为2026年8月24日13:36:20。剩余价值付款日期不迟于2026年8月28日。担保人为Société Générale。
