齐鲁网·闪电新闻8月25日讯8月25日，新版道交法修订草案正式提请人大常委会初审，首次增设“自动驾驶汽车的特别规定”专章，明确了自动驾驶汽车和辅助驾驶功能的概念。自动驾驶汽车在自动驾驶功能激活状态下发生道路交通安全违法行为的，由自动驾驶汽车生产企业、进口企业接受处理。
