五年前，云南省永德县与云南农垦集团开启垦地合作。如今，该县甘蔗种植面积从当时的不足2万亩增至20.08万亩，五年来甘蔗总产量301万吨，蔗农累计收入14.22亿元，群众务工创收超5亿元。
