8月28日至8月31日，每天21时至次日5时，因西岗区东关街C区周边道路维修施工需要，西岗区同庆街（宏济街至黄河路）实施全封闭交通管理措施。
大连公安交管支队提醒，道路封闭期间，途经车辆可由宏济街绕行，并按照现场道路交通标志和工作人员指挥有序通行。若遇特殊情况，封闭时间动态调整，以现场道路标志为准。
