9月1日起，各品种严格按照生理成熟指标适时采收。秦岭北麓猕猴桃各栽培品种建议采收期为：
翠香、红阳:9月上中旬;
农大金猕:9月中下旬;
金香、哑特:9月下旬;
金福、徐香:9月底一10月上中旬;
脐红、瑞玉、郁香:10月上中旬;
金桃、金艳等黄肉品种:10月中下旬；
秦美、海沃德、金魁:10月下旬一11月上旬。
