据中央气象台消息，今年第21号台风“艾莎尼”(热带风暴级，英文名：Atsani；名字来源：泰国；意义：闪电)今日上午在西北太平洋洋面生成，上午8点钟其中心位于台湾台北市东偏南方向约1970公里的洋面上，也就是北纬15.2度，东经137.2度，中心附近最大风力8级(18米/秒)，中心最低气压998百帕，七级风圈半径170-280公里。
