“两女孩买三张票占座放零食”事件，未上车乘客发声

近日，两名女孩在火车上用一个座位放零食、拒绝其他无座旅客乘坐一事引发热议。

21日晚，成都铁路局发布情况说明称，对应006号席位的旅客未检票乘车，已放弃其本次列车正在运行区段席位使用权，另2名旅客也不能占用和处置该席位。该局对因旅客服务工作不到位给旅客带来的不佳旅行体验深表歉意。

A recent train incident in China, in which two girls used an extra seat to store snacks and refused to let a standing passenger sit down, has sparked intense debate on social media. On Friday evening, the Chengdu Railway Bureau issued a statement clarifying that the passenger assigned to seat No 006 had not checked in and had thus forfeited the right to use that seat for the remainder of the journey. The bureau added that the other two passengers were not entitled to occupy or dispose of that seat. It also apologized for any inconvenience caused by inadequate service.

据她介绍，事发当天，她在上海送两个孩子进站乘车回四川老家，其中一个孩子是未成年人。因不愿排队，三人便各花20元随车站行李员进站。由于没有请到假陪孩子回老家，她把孩子送上车安顿好后便下车离开。

The mother of the two girls was interviewed the following day by a Jiangsu media outlet. She said she had seen her daughters off at Shanghai station for their trip back to their hometown in Sichuan. One of the girls is a minor. To avoid long queues, the three of them each paid 20 yuan to be escorted onto the train by station porters. Unable to take time off work, she settled the children in their seats and then left the train.

报道称，按铁路规定，儿童票不能单独购买，必须与成人票绑定，所以她购买了三张票，包含一张半价儿童票。

至于为何未退掉这张成人票，她解释称，购票时没抢到卧铺，两个孩子都是女孩，夜里睡着后若旁边坐着陌生人，自己实在不放心，便特意留下这张票，让孩子能多一个座位躺着休息。

She explained that she had bought three tickets in total, including one half‑price child ticket, because railway rules do not allow child tickets to be purchased separately — they must be tied to an adult ticket. When asked why she did not refund the adult ticket, she said she was concerned that if a stranger sat next to her daughters while they slept at night, the girls would feel unsafe. She therefore kept the extra seat so they could lie down and rest more comfortably.

在接受媒体采访时，12306回应称：如果退掉成人票，只留儿童票，让孩子单独乘车，列车工作人员是有权要求儿童下车的，且铁路目前没有儿童陪伴托管服务。

A 12306 customer service representative responded that if the adult ticket were refunded, leaving only a child ticket for a minor traveling alone, train staff would have the right to ask the child to disembark, as the railway currently offers no unaccompanied‑minor escort service.

据她称，这是第一次让孩子单独坐火车。尽管民航提供“无成人陪伴儿童托管服务”，但二者价格悬殊——机票约1300元，火车硬座成人票仅236元，儿童半价票118元。
