曹知白（1272-1355年），字又玄，一字贞素，号云西，华亭（今属上海松江）人。工诗文，善画山水，画法师李成、郭熙，笔墨清润，全无俗气。晚年笔法苍简，自成一格。对后世绘画有一定的影响。
