【广东海事局启动防热带气旋四级应急响应】财联社8月19日电，记者19日下午从广东海事局了解到，根据气象预报，南海北部海面上的扰动云团将于8月19日夜间加强为热带低压，未来其向西偏北方向移动，可能于20日前后在海南东部到雷州半岛沿海登陆。广东海事局已于8月19日16时启动防热带气旋四级应急响应，提醒各相关单位严格按照防台预案，做好各项防御措施。（央视新闻）
