8月18日，318国道四川甘孜段一载有沥青的货车侧翻，沥青大面积撒漏，有私家车轮胎被粘住。
巴塘县交警部门工作人员表示，侧翻原因疑似雨天货车刹车失灵，未造成人员伤亡，涉事大货车负事故全部责任，已完成路面清理工作，道路恢复正常通行。
