8月19日，重庆市渝中区文化和旅游发展委员会发布情况通报：
近日，有游客反映“在洪崖洞周边拍照遭商拍驱赶”。我委高度重视，已迅速联动洪崖洞“大综合一体化”执法工作专班、公安、市场监管、属地街道等单位，正在开展调查核实，将根据调查情况依法依规处置。
