据外交部网站消息，2026年8月17日，外交部亚洲司司长沈敏娟出席阿富汗驻华使馆举办的胜利日招待会，同阿驻华大使卡里米友好交流。
沈敏娟表示，中阿是传统友好邻邦，中方高度重视对阿关系，愿同阿方共同推动两国关系进一步发展。
卡里米表示，阿方视中方为重要邻国和地区伙伴，期待同中方深化各领域友好交流合作。
