新华社北京8月18日电（记者温馨、吴梦桐）据报道，澳大利亚外长黄英贤日前要求澳国立大学、昆士兰大学分别终止同中国山东大学、中国科学院有关合作协议。外交部发言人林剑18日在例行记者会上就此答问时表示，中方反对泛化国家安全概念，限制、打压正常的国际教育科研合作。
