8月17日，锋尚文化（300860）发布公告，控股孙公司湘湖雅韵文化科技有限公司收到300万元政府补助资金。
湘湖雅韵为公司持股75%的控股孙公司，此次政府补助预计将增加公司2026年度利润总额。具体影响金额及相关会计处理需以年度审计机构审计结果为准。
2026年一季度，锋尚文化实现收入8826万元，归母净利润485万元。
