据日本广播协会8月17日援引千叶县方面消息报道，连日强降雨已造成当地至少10人死亡、2人失踪，大量房屋和车辆受损。
包括千叶县在内的日本关东地区13日起遭遇创纪录暴雨。13日晚至14日凌晨，千叶县首府千叶市半天的降雨量，已达到往年8月份平均降雨量的3倍左右。（新华社）
