8月17日，业聚医疗（06929）发布公告，公司执行董事刘桂祯已被委任为公司联席首席执行官，与钱永勋共同担任该职务，并不再担任首席运营官。
同时，执行董事陈泳成被委任为公司首席运营官，并不再担任首席财务官及公司秘书。
此外，陈文英被委任为公司首席财务官兼公司秘书，自同日起生效。
