据日本方面16日消息，在日本千叶县的暴雨过去3天后，因水淹等原因无法移动的弃置车辆已成为一大难题。据千叶县政府等部门统计，相关弃置车辆数已超过1000辆。此外，在千叶市内，还发生了轿车追尾弃置车辆的交通事故。
当地时间13日，日本千叶县多地出现暴雨天气，其中千叶市降雨量突破极值。据消息，目前千叶县死亡人数达9人，另有1人下落不明。
