8月14日下午，四川省人大常委会举行专场新闻发布会，发布新制定的《四川省家庭教育促进条例》（以下简称《条例》）。这是四川首部专门规范家庭教育的地方性法规，标志着“带娃”这件千万家庭的头等大事，从此有了法治支撑。
《条例》全文共30条，涵盖家庭责任、政府推动、社会协同等内容，将于9月1日起施行。
