【河南调整防汛应急响应等级】财联社8月16日电，据“河南应急”公众号消息，台风“白海豚”对河南省的影响已结束，大范围降雨过程已停止，河道、水库水位明显下降，各地险情得到有效控制，经会商研判，按照《河南省防汛应急预案》有关规定，河南省防指决定自8月16日11时将针对许昌市、漯河市、周口市的防汛应急响应等级调整为四级，其他省辖市（区）终止防汛应急响应。
