近日，在江西省抚州市东乡区瑶圩乡，村民正在晾晒茄子干。当地农民素有将种植的甘蔗、茄子等农产品加工成红糖、茄子干等特色手工食品的传统，以线上线下销售的方式助农增收，助力乡村振兴。(饶方其、张琼芳摄影报道)
