据CCTV法治在线，国家知识产权局商标局最新数据：截至8月13日，累计1782件带有欺骗性的“心机商标”被依职权宣告无效。
本次新增54件，高露洁“劲白”、壹号“土猪”、简爱“其他没了”、杰士邦“医研”、白象“多半袋”、康师傅“手擀面”、香港大药房……一大批你以为在描述产品属性、其实只是商标的字眼，被集中清理。
