8月13日23时许，河南省周口市川汇区新北环附近贾鲁河堤防出现溃口，最长时约117米。现场采取溃口两端双向进占、平堵立堵相结合的方式开展封堵。8月15日20时29分，溃口成功实现封堵合龙。
