8月14日，健康160（02656）发布公告，孙萌因其他个人事务，已辞任非执行董事及董事会辖下提名委员会成员。
孙萌辞任生效后，董事会及提名委员会将暂时全属单一性别，不符合联交所证券上市规则。公司将尽最大努力物色可供委任为董事的合适女性人选。
