高能环境签约越南广宁省统一公社固体废弃物处理中心项目

近日，高能环境联合子公司香港高能时代环境科技（新加坡）有限公司（BGE 新加坡）组成联合体正式签署越南广宁省统一公社固体废弃物处理中心项目相关合同协议，合同金额5亿元。该项目签约标志着高能环境东南亚市场布局再落关键一子，高能环境将为该项目提供从方案设计、设备集成到工程实施的一体化解决方案，深度参与越南省级大型固废综合处置园区建设，助力当地循环经济发展与生态环境保护。

该项目坐落于越南广宁省下龙市统一公社，是广宁省重点环保基建工程，项目配套垃圾焚烧发电设施设计生活垃圾处理能力1300吨/日，建成投产后实现生活垃圾无害化、减量化、资源化利用同时守护下龙湾世界自然遗产区域生态安全，破解当地 “垃圾围城” 现实难题。

泰国垃圾筛分处理项目

2025年，高能环境先后实施两项泰国生活垃圾筛分处理项目；近期，公司再度签约当地一项生活垃圾筛分处理项目，持续推进泰国市场布局。项目针对泰国当地垃圾处理的实际情况，量身定制了一套科学、高效的垃圾筛分解决方案，将垃圾中的塑料、金属、无机杂质及有机质等物质进行精准分选，并实现资源化利用，有效缓解当地的垃圾处理压力。

泰国北大年垃圾焚烧项目

2025年，高能环境中标泰国亚穆乡行政办公室（北大年府亚灵县）社区生活垃圾焚烧发电项目。该项目坐落于泰国北大年府亚灵县，将采用炉排式生活垃圾焚烧炉核心技术，日处理规模达500吨，同步配备高效合规的污染治理体系，项目总投资预计不超过19.5亿泰铢（约合人民币4.27亿元），是公司着力推进“出海”战略以来斩获的首个海外生活垃圾焚烧发电项目。

印尼西冷都市圈与棉兰都市圈垃圾焚烧发电项目

2026年，高能环境与印尼本土公司组成的联合体分别获授西冷都市圈垃圾焚烧发电项目（日处理规模1161吨）及棉兰都市圈垃圾焚烧发电项目（日处理规模1700吨）的有条件授标函，充分体现了高能环境角逐国际竞争、统筹全球资源、接轨国际规则、推进海外项目落地的综合实力。

Recently, BGE, together with its subsidiary BGE Hongkong Enertec Environmental Technology (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (BGE Singapore) as part of a consortium, has formally signed contractual agreements for the Solid‑Waste Treatment Centre project in Thong Nhat Commune, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam, with a contract value of RMB 500 million.

The signing marks another key milestone in BGE’s market expansion across Southeast Asia. BGE will deliver an integrated solution covering scheme design, equipment integration and project implementation, taking deep‑rooted part in the construction of this large‑scale provincial‑level comprehensive solid‑waste disposal park in Vietnam. It will contribute to local circular‑economy development and ecological environmental protection.

This project is located in Thong Nhat Commune, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam. As a key environmental‑protection infrastructure project of Quang Ninh Province, it is equipped with supporting waste‑to‑energy incineration facilities designed for a domestic waste treatment capacity of 1,300 tonnes per day. Upon completion and commissioning, the project will realize the harmless treatment, volume reduction and resource utilization of domestic waste. It will also safeguard the ecological security of the Ha Long Bay World Natural Heritage site and resolve the local practical problem of "waste besieging cities"

Since rolling out its globalisation strategy in full swing, BGE has focused intensively on the Southeast Asian market. Backed by robust technical capabilities and extensive hands‑on project experience, it has yielded fruitful results in market development. To date, the Company has delivered three waste‑sorting and treatment projects in Thailand, won the bid for the Pattani Waste‑to‑Energy Incineration Project in Thailand, and received conditional award letters for two waste‑to‑energy incineration projects in Indonesia’s Serang Metropolitan Area and Medan Metropolitan Area. It has built up substantial full‑chain practical experience in localised design, procurement and construction across Southeast Asia, and developed complete sets of environmental solutions tailored to local regulations, operating conditions and supply‑chain circumstances. The newly signed Quang Ninh Project in Vietnam further consolidates BGE’s competitive edge in the Southeast Asian solid‑waste disposal market.

‑ Thailand Waste‑Sorting and Treatment Projects

In 2025, BGE successively delivered two domestic waste screening and treatment projects in Thailand. Recently, the company has secured another contract for a local domestic waste screening and treatment project, continuously advancing its market footprint in Thailand.Tailored to local realities of waste treatment in Thailand, the project features a scientific and efficient waste‑sorting solution. It enables precise separation of plastics, metals, inorganic impurities, organic matter and other fractions from waste to realize resource‑based utilization, effectively easing local waste‑treatment pressure.

‑ Thailand Pattani Waste‑to‑Energy Incineration Project

In 2025, BGE secured the bid for the municipal domestic waste‑to‑energy incineration project under Tambon Yamu Administrative Organisation (Yaring District, Pattani Province), Thailand. Situated in Yaring District, Pattani Province, the project adopts core moving‑grate domestic‑waste incinerator technology with a daily treatment capacity of 500 tonnes, alongside a high‑efficiency and fully compliant pollution‑control system. Total project investment is estimated at no more than 1.95 billion Thai Baht (approximately RMB 427 million). This is BGE’s first overseas domestic waste‑to‑energy incineration project since advancing its “Going Global” strategy.

‑ Indonesia Serang Metropolitan Area and Medan Metropolitan Area Waste‑to‑Energy Incineration Projects

In 2026, a consortium formed by BGE and local Indonesian companies obtained conditional award letters respectively for the Serang Metropolitan Area Waste‑to‑Energy Incineration Project (1,161 tonnes per day) and the Medan Metropolitan Area Waste‑to‑Energy Incineration Project (1,700 tonnes per day). This fully demonstrates BGE’s comprehensive strengths in international competition, global resource coordination, alignment with international standards and delivery of overseas projects.

Going forward, BGE will steadily deepen its footprint in overseas markets. Based on the resource endowments, industrial foundations and policy landscapes of individual countries, it will develop implementable, highly‑adapted comprehensive solid‑waste disposal solutions suited to local conditions.
