格隆汇8月14日｜8月13日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）发布公告称，对特定越野车辆及其零部件（Certain Off-Road Vehicles and Components Thereof，调查编码：337-TA-1490）作出337部分终裁：对本案行政法官于2026年7月14日作出的初裁（No.14）不予复审，即终止本案对美国注册专利号7,819,220第7和第8项权利要求的调查，投诉和调查通知已修改为主张美国注册专利号7,950,486第31项权利要求、美国注册专利号12,187,127第9–15项和第22项权利要求。
