受近期连续强降雨影响，清潩河水位持续高位运行，8月13日，清潩河鄢陵县仓头村段发生溃口险情。
情况发生后，鄢陵县第一时间启动应急响应，组织专门力量全力做好人员转移和风险防范工作，目前无人员伤亡。
