8月13日，力量发展（01277）发布公告，公司与间接非全资附属公司MC Mining订立股份认购协议，拟分两次各认购3829.58万股股份，总认购价1600万美元。
同时，力量发展还将向MC Mining提供一笔800万美元的过桥贷款，以支持其业务运营和营运资金需求。
此次投资将支持MC Mining的Makhado项目，预计将增强力量发展在该项目中的投资地位。
