8月13日，海报新闻记者再次探访昨日因大雨被淹没的许昌市八一东路。昨天这里的积水已经到达记者的膝盖位置，车辆通行迟缓。经过一夜排水，目前路面积水已经基本退去，行人、车辆已经可以正常通行，道路交通秩序逐渐恢复。
