阅文集团公告称，8月13日，公司根据购股权计划向执行董事黄琰及其他雇员授出合计779,812份购股权，待接纳后生效。其中黄琰获授493,573份，其余286,239份授予其他雇员。行使价为每股22.40港元，有效期10年，4年内分批归属。授出购股权旨在激励承授人，使其利益与公司及股东一致。授出后，11,317,097股股份将可供日后根据计划限额授出。
