HSBC雁豐公告称，公司将发行5只单一股票可赎回牛熊证，证券代号分别为58255、58259、58262、58269、58272，发行额分别为1亿份、8000万份、6000万份、4000万份、8000万份，挂钩阿里巴巴、比亚迪、长飞光纤、商汤集团、腾讯控股。牛熊证为欧式现金结算R类，设有强制赎回机制，将于8月17日上市，到期日介于2027年2月15日至2028年12月4日之间。投资者需注意牛熊证价格波动、强制赎回等风险。
