8月13日，科源制药（301281）发布公告，控股股东力诺投资将其持有的205万股办理解除质押，占其所持股份的5.21%及公司总股本的1.89%。
同时，力诺投资再质押205万股。本次股份质押，主要原因系力诺投资为其控股股东力诺集团融资提供质押担保。
截至公告披露日，力诺投资累计质押股份为2934万股，占其持股总数的74.62%及公司总股本的27.09%。
2026年一季度，科源制药实现收入1.61亿元，归母净利润3007万元。
