一炸鸡店深夜爆单，店员情绪崩溃后倒地抽搐！多方回应

近日，有网友反映，广东深圳一家炸鸡店深夜突然爆单，员工忙不过来情绪崩溃，疑似呼吸性碱中毒。

视频显示，该员工一边失声痛哭一边不敢停下手中动作，即使外卖骑手不停安慰，仍支撑不住抽搐倒地。

8月10日深夜，广东一外卖炸鸡店因系统突然涌入海量订单，店内仅有一名店员值班，需独自完成油炸、刷酱、分装、打包等全部工序。

在订单不断积压、骑手扎堆等候出餐的多重压力下，该店员边哭边继续作业。最终因情绪过度紧张、呼吸过快过深，诱发呼吸性碱中毒。

在场多名外卖员见状不再催单，反复安抚“不要急、慢点来”，但未能阻止其身体状况恶化。

Late on Monday, the shop was flooded with orders while only one employee was on duty. A video showed the worker crying while continuing to prepare food before eventually collapsing and suffering convulsions. Several delivery riders stopped urging the shop to hurry and tried to comfort the worker.

8月11日，炸鸡店工作人员表示公司已了解此事，涉事店员为新手员工，门店正常应配备2名人手，但因当天一人请假，门店又突然爆单，导致店员一个人忙不过来，后因情绪崩溃倒地抽搐。工作人员还表示，目前已派出专人处理，对涉事店员进行安抚。

视频广泛传播后，有网友质疑该店的管理方式，认为老板管理不当给员工太大工作压力。

有网友对该员工的遭遇表示理解和同情，认为工作中的情绪疏导很重要。

11日，龙华区总工会也对此事作出回应：工作人员已到现场，当时店员因突然爆单求助店长，但订单过多导致崩溃“呼吸碱中毒”，随后恢复无大碍。目前，该员工已应聘其他岗位离开，老板已结算工资。

The shop said the employee was a new hire and that the store normally had two workers, but one was absent that day. Longhua district trade union officials said the employee later recovered, left the job after finding another position and received the wages owed.

上海市总工会“申工社”12日发文称，一名店员请假，店家理应做的是及时做好调配，补上人员。生意红火固然可喜，但盈利永远比不上劳动者的身心健康。

The incident sparked concern over workplace pressure and staffing. The Shanghai Federation of Trade Unions said employers should make timely staffing adjustments, stressing that profits should never outweigh workers' physical and mental well-being.

什么是呼吸性碱中毒？

呼吸性碱中毒属于人体酸碱平衡失调。有医生介绍：“高温、湿热封闭环境下开展运动，呼吸节奏会不自觉加快，大量出汗还会造成体液失衡，进一步加剧二氧化碳过量排出”，引发呼吸性碱中毒。

此外，近期高温天气容易放大负面情绪，情绪失控后呼吸加快，易诱发呼吸性碱中毒。

呼吸性碱中毒的症状包括头痛、乏力、头晕、恶心、嗜睡等，比较严重的可能会导致抽搐或昏迷。

Respiratory alkalosis can occur when rapid, deep breathing causes excessive carbon dioxide loss, resulting in symptoms such as dizziness, nausea and fatigue. Severe cases may cause convulsions or loss of consciousness.

出现不适，牢记三步应急处置

一旦发现呼吸性碱中毒相关症状，可以按照以下方法自救：

① 立刻停止运动，前往阴凉区域休息，防止摔倒晕厥；

② 主动放缓呼吸节奏，拉长呼气吸气时长，减少二氧化碳持续排出；

③ 用纸袋或大信封捂住口鼻缓慢呼吸，回收呼出的二氧化碳，一般数分钟就能缓解不适。

If symptoms occur, people should stop what they're doing, rest in a cool area and slow their breathing by lengthening each inhalation and exhalation. Breathing slowly into a paper bag or large envelope can also help rebreathe exhaled carbon dioxide.
