8月12日，“世界因你而美丽 第18届影响世界华人盛典”在北京举办，中国著名艺术家、绘本插画家、作家蔡皋在接受采访时表示，她认为人最重要的就是有喜神。“欢喜心是不能缺的，这是一个人从心底涌上来的激情，热爱自己独一份的生活，这样就很好。”就在本月，80岁的蔡皋刚刚领取国际安徒生奖插画家奖，她也是该奖项自1966年设立以来首位获此殊荣的中国插画家。
