青岛银行公告称，国家金融监督管理总局青岛监管局已核准张世兴本行独立董事的任职资格，其自2026年8月10日起就任，同时担任董事会多个委员会相关职务。自张世兴任职之日起，范学军不再担任本行独立董事及董事会专门委员会相关职务。
