据韩联社12日报道，韩国大法院（最高法院）当天就二战中遭日本强征劳工受害者遗属对一家日本企业提起的索赔诉讼案作出终审判决，维持二审判决结果，要求被告赔偿8000万韩元（约合38万元人民币）。
