北京商报讯（记者 李晗）8月12日，北京市海淀区四季青镇西郊机场周边及沿线（西冉、田村、常青片区）城中村改造项目HD00-1408-0034、0049、0040地块由金茂以97.61亿元，溢价率14.1%竞得。
出让文件显示，海淀四季青地块土地面积约8.52万平方米，规划建筑面积约14.26万平方米，用地性质为二类城镇住宅用地、商业服务业用地。
