人民财讯8月12日电，8月12日，嘉实京东仓储基础设施REIT首次扩募获上交所受理。该REIT是国内首单民营企业仓储物流公募REIT，此次扩募是上市以来的首次扩募，拟纳入位于合肥和西安的两处仓储物流资产，合计建筑面积约25万平方米。
