今天上午，今年第17号台风“浪卡”生成。截至8时，台风“浪卡”中心位于北纬21.8度、东经141.7度，距离日本东京偏南方向约1560公里的海面上，强度为热带风暴级，中心附近最大风力8级（18米/秒），中心气压998百帕。
预计，台风“浪卡”将以每小时35至40公里的速度向东北方向快速移动，强度变化不大。
