中银基金8月12日公告，执行总裁张家文离任，离任日期为8月10日，离任原因为工作调整。在新任执行总裁履职前，暂由督察长、副执行总裁陈卫星代任执行总裁。陈卫星历任中国银行总行金融市场总部（托管投资服务）助理总经理、中国银行深圳市分行党委委员、行长助理、副行长、中国银行总行养老金融部副总经理。2022年加入中银基金管理有限公司，现任督察长，副执行总裁。
