据法国媒体Foot Mercato报道，36岁的前阿根廷国脚贝内德托已接近职业生涯尾声，如今他效力于厄瓜多尔的巴塞罗那SC，并已起诉纽维尔老男孩。
按照Foot Mercato的说法，贝内德托要求纽维尔老男孩支付其46.3万美元，金额对应双方在解约时达成的协议，但纽维尔老男孩只支付了其中一小部分，只完成了原定6期付款中的第1期。
