人民财讯8月11日电，钛能化学(002145)8月11日公告，拟由全资子公司甘肃东方钛业有限公司投资建设年产60万吨磷酸铁锂/磷酸铁钠前驱体（磷酸铁）项目，项目分两期建设，总投资金额预计为54.62亿元。
钛能化学同日公告，拟对控股子公司中合磷化增资2.6亿元，并建设年产40万吨钛白粉及140万吨七水硫酸亚铁项目。
