8月11日，百灵大模型宣布正式开源Ling-3.0-tiny。据介绍，Ling-3.0-tiny是一款总参数量为7.9B、推理时激活参数量仅为1.3B的原生混合推理模型。本次开源同步提供BF16、FP8和INT4三个版本。
