8月11日，龙净环保（600388）发布公告，公司将于2026年8月17日起将证券简称变更为“紫金龙净”。
公告指出，此次变更基于自2022年紫金矿业集团股份有限公司（601899/02899）成为公司控股股东后，公司确立“环保+新能源”双轮驱动的发展战略，逐步形成风光储一体化发展格局，为更好体现公司产业布局与经营实际，公司决定变更全称及证券简称。
2026年一季度，龙净环保实现收入23.74亿元，归母净利润2.44亿元。
