12时，浙江省海洋监测预报中心根据《海洋灾害应急预案》发布海浪警报解除通报。
随着今年第13号台风“白海豚”（热带低压级）对我省海域的影响持续减弱，我省近岸海域海浪已减小到2.5米以下，本次海浪警报解除，特此通报。目前我省近海海域仍有2.2-3.2米的中到大浪，请出海船只注意安全。
