格隆汇8月10日丨中新控股(08125.HK)公告，董事会欣然宣布，通过有关更改公司名称的特别决议案后，香港公司注册处处长于2026年8月10日发出更改名称注册证书，确认公司的名称由"China New Holdings Limited中新控股有限公司"更改为"RJVAN Holdings Limited荣记万通控股有限公司"。
