珠免集团8月10日公告，公司下属子公司珠海市免税企业集团有限公司（简称“免税公司”）拟与珠海大横琴商业经营管理有限公司、横琴深合文商旅管理有限公司共同出资设立珠海市横琴珠免免税品商贸有限公司（简称“珠免横琴”），专项运营横琴口岸进境免税店。珠免横琴注册资本为2000万元，其中免税公司出资1020万元，占合资公司股份51%。
