菲律宾气象局10日对菲多地发布暴雨橙色预警。
根据菲律宾国家减灾管理委员会发布的消息，受近期台风“白海豚”和“鲸鱼”影响，以及西南季风增强导致的降雨，截至10日14时，灾情已经造成13人死亡、14人受伤，另有9人失踪。受灾人口超过75万。
