近日，根据《行政处罚决定书》（西北监能罚决字〔2026〕22号）显示，中国水利水电第三工程局有限公司未建立安全风险分级管控制度或未按照安全风险分级采取相应管控措施等，违反了《中华人民共和国安全生产法》第四十一条、第三十九条、第三十五条、第三十六条规定，被国家能源局西北监管局处罚金额150000.00元。
